Leaping Lizard was originally built by Hacker Boat Co. in 1922.  It was one of the most famous boats for generations.  It won the Gold Cup three years in a row, 1933, 1934, & 1935, an unheard of feat for a boat twelve years old.  This reproduction was 15 years in planning and acquiring the exact parts and materials for this absolutely stunning re-creation.  This boat received 1st place in Contemporary Classics at Clayton, Buffalo, and Lake George boat shows 2009!!!
