Please be prepared to provide a set of C O L O R pictures of your boat. The better the pictures, the easier it is to sell. Please send pictures via postal mail
or email them to lou@antiqueboat.com.

  1. We work on a NON exclusive basis (we only receive compensation if we bring the buyer to you).
  2. We are compensated in one of two ways:
    1. 10% of the selling price
    2. "Net to seller" - you declare what you want, and if reasonable, any excess is ours.
  3. Next steps:
    1. Choose which listing agreement you want
    2. Complete the agreement and submit to us or print form and complete and mail or fax to us.
    3. Either email or snail mail a good set of color pictures (the better the pictures the easier it will be to sell the boat).

Broker shall receive as compensation any amount over the "net price to seller".
 

Broker shall receive commission of ten percent (10%) of the gross selling price. Minimum commission is $750.
